Laina trains at BEARHOUSE

Hi Rudi
I just wanted to thank you for the training I have been privileged thus far to receive from you at BearHouse!
Exercise has never been something I have enjoyed....until now! When Nicola told me about the Gym you were starting, it sounded right up my alley....and that’s a first.

Staring the last week of Feb this year and trying to come to 2 classes per week, I have seen a drastic change in my body. Not only in my body though, I get back from a class and have more energy than I did before going and the next day I feel on a happy high!

The sessions are always diverse and new elements always added. The gym has a friendly inviting atmosphere and I have never felt a hint of anxiety, which always seemed to overwhelm me when I did try a 'normal gym'.
You are always friendly and encouraging and push us to achieve more each class.
Im definitely grateful for BearHouse! Kicking & punching makes day to day life less pressured. :)
