RESCUE READY!

Life is not a rehearsal, and so you should be living it to your most, ready for what may come.
A philosophy i stand by and incorporate in training.
A rescue ready fitness?
Have what it takes and give more than what is needed in any emergency situation...it could save a life.
I come from a surf rescue background and a martial art background...and i utilise these forms of training as well as functional strength movements to get the results needed.



Surf swim sprints, 1 man drags, heavy sand bag lifts, beach sprints....it all requires that mindset- Rescue ready and fighting fit.

All sports have evolved, and so should your training...a fully diverse and functional program makes for a faster, stronger and all round athlete.












The use of tools with odd shapes and unstable weights which challenge differing planes of movement ensures you are not just focused on any single direction, but you are functionally strong through many.
