Life is not a rehearsal, and so you should be living it to your most, ready for what may come.

A rescue ready fitness?
Have what it takes and give more than what is needed in any emergency situation...it could save a life.
I come from a surf rescue background and a martial art background...and i utilise these forms of training as well as functional strength movements to get the results needed.
Surf swim sprints, 1 man drags, heavy sand bag lifts, beach sprints....it all requires that mindset- Rescue ready and fighting fit.
