CROSS CONDITIONING

Creating an explosive, responsive and a strongly reactive body to endure and power through differing elements and physical demands, we need to create, mimick and exagerate training conditions. Utilizing odd objects, uneven surfaces and extreme tasks regulated by principles of time, distance and weight. To be ultimately fit for the elements of surprize and to be super human strong, like in an adrenaline life or death moment, we can only prepare our bodies best this way by training in the unpreparable, uncomfortable and unorthodox ways and methods...
