Muay Thai also known as Thai Kick boxing, involves your legs as a added Striking weapon.
Knee's and kicks to your opponent or attacker will leave them with an extremely sore, if not lame, leg! A correctly aimed knee strike, could also dewind your assailant, and drop most men to their knees!

The classes at BH compliment the fighting fit mentality..while perfecting your style and technique. There are no ways better to get stronger and fitter for boxing or Muay Thai than doing it itself. However, the use of a few functional fitness tools, thrown in between rounds adds to the endurance and strength.
