"I first started with Rudi's kettle bells class in Safa Park last September when my next door neighbour dragged me along saying, "come on, its fun and you said you wanted to lose weight." With slight apprehension I turned up assuming that someone as unfit as I was would never cope. Instantly Rudi put me at my ease and adjusted the programme to suit my level of ability (which was very limited). To begin with I was a bit of a 'doubting Thomas', but after a few weeks I noticed a definite change in my shape (especially around the waist area - always a bonus) and after about a month was increasing the weights of the kettles I was lifting. I was hooked. Rudi keeps the classes interesting and varied and has an excellent knowledge of general health and nutrition too. As a group we have a lot of laughs in the park but train hard too and the results are now showing. I am fitter, thinner and more toned. What more can a girl ask - thanks Rudi! "
